TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE SZUMI SZUM ONLINE SHOP
I. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the online shop available at:
https://szumiszum.pl/sklep/, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, rights and obligations of the parties, and complaint procedures.The Shop is operated by:

hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
A Customer may be a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit with legal capacity.
II. Definitions
Shop – the online store operated by the Seller
Customer – a person making a purchase in the Shop
Product – a physical good, educational material, access to classes, workshops, or training offered in the Shop
Sales Contract – an agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the Shop
III. Types of Products Offered
The Shop offers in particular:
Teaching Resources (educational materials)
Classes & Workshops (in-person or online events)
Professional Training
Some products constitute educational services delivered on specific dates.
IV. Placing Orders
Orders can be placed through the Shop website 24/7.
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
After placing an order, the Customer receives an order confirmation by email.
The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order.
V. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed in the Shop are gross prices (including VAT if applicable).
Available payment methods include:
bank transfer
online payment systems
other methods available in the Shop
Order processing begins after payment is received.
VI. Delivery of Products
Physical products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer.
Classes, workshops, and training services are delivered at the time and location specified in the product description.
Digital products (if offered) are delivered electronically.
VII. Right of Withdrawal
A consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason (applies to physical goods).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
services related to events held on specific dates (workshops, training, classes)
digital content once delivery or access has begun
To withdraw from a contract, the Customer should send a statement to: kontakt@szumiszum.pl.
VIII. Complaints
The Seller is liable for the conformity of the product with the contract.
Complaints should be submitted via email to: kontakt@szumiszum.pl.
Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.
IX. Electronic Services
The Shop provides electronic services enabling Customers to place orders.
The Customer is obliged to use the Shop in accordance with applicable law.\
X. Personal Data
Rules concerning the processing of personal data are described in a separate document: Privacy Policy, available on the Seller’s website.
XI. Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for interruptions in the Shop’s operation caused by force majeure or technical issues beyond the Seller’s control.
The Seller is not responsible for incorrect data provided by the Customer.
XII. Dispute Resolution
A Customer who is a consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods.
Polish law shall apply.
XIII. Final Provisions
These Terms & Conditions enter into force on the date of publication on the Shop website.
The Seller may amend these Terms for important legal or organizational reasons.
